Understanding Vedic Astrology

Vedic Astrology, also known as Jyotish, is known as 'Veda-anga' an eye which helps us understand life's purpose. Nakshatras (Lunar Mansions)

The 27 Nakshatras are lunar mansions that the Moon transits through during its monthly cycle. Each Nakshatra is further divided into 4 padas or charans, and they take up 30 degrees in each of the 12 zodiac signs to cover 360 degrees.
